With over 30 years’ experience in software development, JDM Software prides itself on producing quality solutions by a local team of talented developers.
Five hero products head up the PeterConnects product family: Attendant, ServiceDesk, ManagerAssistant, ContextManager and OmniDirectory. Powerful solutions in their own right but also made to work together.
JDM Software is strictly a Partner through model, working with a global network of skilled organisations to ensure our products are sold, deployed and supported by the best in the business and giving customers the opportunity to select their Partner of choice.
The JDM development team uses an “Agile” software development methodology called Scrum. Scrum which is well acknowledged in the modern development world allows us to focus on delivering customer value with high predictability and quality.
Product development is organised in 3 week sprints with a fixed set of development tasks and clear goals. Through each sprint, we evaluate our quality and performance and are continuously optimising our development output.
JDM Software offers first and second level support via our Partners and in order to facilitate a quality service through this model technical training is completed before Partners join the JDM Partner family. To ensure a quality experience every time, JDM Software, offers third level support to our Partners and a 12 month warranty on all PeterConnects products.
